- 150 g soaked bird’s nest
- 150 g black glutinous rice
- 113 g rock sugar
- 1/4 dried tangerine peel
- 1/2 cup fresh coconut milk
- 8 cup water

Instructions
- Wash black glutinous rice. Soak in water for 3 hours. Soak dried tangerine peel and remove pith.
- Bring 8 cups of water to the boil. Add dried tangerine peel and black glutinous rice. Turn to medium-low heat and cook until the rice becomes tender. Add rock sugar and bird’s nest. Cook for 5 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in coconut milk and serve.
