- 20 g bird's nest orange nest
- 2 dried black mushrooms
- Suitable amount slash chicken
- Suitable amount ham shreds
- 3 cups stock
- Few pieces edamame

Instructions
- Wash bird’s nest. Soak until tender. Tear and wash. Drain. Put into a large bowl.
- Soak mushrooms until tender. Wash. Prepare slash of chicken. Cut into shreds. Arrange mushroom shreds, ham shreds and egg shreds on top of the bird’s nest. Pour into stock. Cover with lid. Stewed over boiling water for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
