Ingredients
- 75 g soaked bird’s nest
- 2 tsp medlar
- Few fruits
- Few pcs shrimps
- 225 g granulated sugar

Instructions
- Drain bird’s nest.
- Wash medlar. Steam for 10 minutes. Soak fruits for 10 minutes. Wash and cut into sections.
- Add granulated sugar and cutting fruits. Stir in bird’s nest after the sugar and fruits. Then add medlar and stir well. Rince a flat tin with cold water. Then pour the mixture into a flat tin. Put into refrigerator. Serve
