Ingredients
- 113 g soaked bird’s nest
- 1 bottle water shield
- 3 cups stock
- Small amount cooked jinhua ham shreds

Instructions
- Drain water from water shield. Soak in the water for 2 hours (change water for several times). Rinse. Parboil and set aside.
- Bring 3 cups of stock to the boil. Add water shield and bird’s nest. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Season with pinch of salt. Add ham shreds. Serve
