- 75 g bird's nest
- 6 eggs
- 300 g boiling water
- 150 g fine granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
- Siave flour. Add icing sugar and butter into flour gradually. Keep stirring until the mixture become milky. Stir in whisked egg and vanilla essence.
- Roll the dough into a thin sheet. Cut the round wrappers with a round cutter. Place into greased tart mould. Press hard. Make small hole with a fork. Add 1 tsp bird’s nest in on each wrapper. Then pour in egg filling.
- Preheat the oven to 210ºC. Put the tart on the third compartment. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Pierce with a toothpick. The tart are cooked if there is no egg filling on the toothpick. Serve
